With 23 years in HR and leadership, Jocelyn specializes in talent development, workforce transformation, and strategy. As CHRO, she drives Velocity’s people strategy, aligning talent with business goals and fostering a strong, people-first culture.
Carlos leads mergers, acquisitions, and the project and integration management teams for Velocity. He has 20 years of experience in corporate governance, strategic planning, and program execution. Before Velocity, Carlos held leadership roles at Extended Stay America and Lowe’s.
Weston leads the sales, marketing, channel, and customer success teams and brings over 30 years of sales leadership experience across the hospitality, healthcare, retail, state and local government, and financial industries. He has held leadership roles with Accenture, IBM, and Unisys. Most recently, he was the SVP of sales at NTT Data Services.
Anthony brings more than 15 years of experience in security, information technology, and operations to his role as chief information officer/chief information security officer at Velocity. Before Velocity, Anthony held leadership roles at Ashley Furniture and Catalina USA.
Betty leads the finance, accounting, and sourcing teams for Velocity and brings over 20 years of experience in corporate finance and strategy. She has held multiple finance leadership roles for a variety of technology, financial services, and telecommunications companies, including Thomson Reuters and Verizon. Most recently, Betty was VP of Finance and Operations at Unacast.
